Loss is the fact or process of losing something or someone and a state or feeling of grief when deprived of someone or something of value.
I teach people how to honor and heal the injury, wound, trauma and hurt they are experiencing.
I meet them where they are at in their journey and guide them through the “letting go” process.
I provide tools to examine what is true vs. what they believe, facing shame to reconnect to themselves, the reason why people struggle with healing, examining expectations and the importance of forgiving themselves in order to commit and to open up to new choices and possibilities.
I teach people how to embrace the human condition while making conscious choices so they can release the wound and break free from the constraints of undesirable circumstances by shifting their perspective to reboot and become the best version of themselves in a way that they envision.
